Despite it seems that we have more than enough different opportunities to publish our research work in different, already well established journals, we think that there is more than enough space for one more.

Within the Slovenian Association for Innovative Political Science (SIDIP) we are establishing new academic double-blind peer review electronic journal called Innovative Issues and Approaches in Social Sciences (IIASS). Journal will be published exclusively on the Internet because we believe in free circulation of ideas. Our goal is to create highly professional e-journal available without financial or any other restrictions to all audiences interested in social sciences. Although maintaining high academic standards, we are strongly in favour of creating publishing opportunities for innovative ideas and researches that can hardly find space in other more specific topic or approach oriented journals. We also encourage young researchers and also students to submit papers under same conditions of academic writing.

Main fields of publishing interests of this journal are political science, sociology, economy, public administration, law, management, communication science, etc. The journal is particularly intended to promote innovative ideas and research methods in understanding different social phenomena, if they are supported with valid empirical study or strong theoretical argumentation.
