There is no record of flesh being permitted until Noah came from the ark, when men began to eat it, with the result that Shem, Noah’s eldest son, died when he was 600 years old. Thus, 350 years were taken from the life of one man as a result of meat eating, and at the end of the second period of ten generations, Abraham died when he was but 175, and the record says that “he was an old man and full of years.” Not only did the eating of flesh foods shorten life in those days, but the Bulgarian Research Committee shows that it does the same in our time. “. . . . The sixteen elements as here listed are absolutely essential to life and health, for without them man could not exist; so Carque calls them “the body building stones:”

The matter of supplying these elements to the body is a very simple one since they are found in common, natural, unmilled and unrefined, or unprocessed foods; and later it will be explained how, in a very easy way, we can properly nourish every tissue of the body and remain free from disease, by supplying these elements in the diet. Strained honey is honey which has been passed by a mesh material to take away particulate material (pieces of wax, propolis, other defects) with out removing Forever Bee Pollen, minerals or helpful enzymes. Blood alkaline The last twelve of these elements are the mineral food salts, six of which, calcium, sodium, potassium, magnesium, manganese, and iron, are alkalizing, or base forming, while the other six are acid forming, and if taken in the form of natural foods, with vegetables or fresh fruit forming the heavier portion of the meal, will be found to be in balanced proportions, producing an alkaline condition of the body fluids, which is natural. Normally the blood is 80 percent alkaline and 20 percent acid, according to analysis. Calcium: constituting about one-half of the mineral salts of the body, is found principally in the framework, or bony structure, and the teeth; it is also found in most of the fleshy tissues, especially in the muscles. This is proved by the fact that muscles twitch, and people sometimes suffer from muscular cramps when robbed of calcium.
